Since opening Pam Millan Studios in 2022, I’ve watched our community grow and I’m so proud to say that by far that’s happened organically through word of mouth recommendations. It’s been incredible to see how women support and champion each other here. It’s a real community of kind, positive people who lift each other up, and I’m so proud to be part of it.

Growth

In 2024 we welcomed The Beauty & Wellbeing Snug in to our Studio, where Laura and Marianna offer holistic, beauty, skin and massage treatments.

We also opened the doors to our well-being event space, The Craws Nest Collective.

Community

Here, friendships are formed, and women find a safe space to ask for opinions, share compliments, and feel good about themselves. It’s more than just a shopping experience; it’s a place where you can be seen, heard, and supported. My goal is to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome.

Inclusivity

We welcome everyone.

We are wheelchair accessible and have dedicated disabled parking spaces close to our front door.

We are dog-friendly which of course includes guide and therapy dogs.

We have seating in all rooms including our large spacious dressing room and the main Studio.

I do my best to offer a range of sizes, from 8 to 20, and I’m committed to expanding that range as the business grows. As a small business, it’s not always easy, but I want to be transparent with you about where we are now and where we’re headed.

If you have any accessibility challenges that we can support you with, please do let us know. And whilst we don’t have regular quiet hours we are happy to arrange times without music, dimmed lighting, 121 sessions or any other adjustments which would help with sensory difficulties.
